Terms of Service

By using the Hazelchat.com website and/or the Hazelchat app from Hazelchat, you agree to the following terms of use.

Basic Terms
  1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your password yourself.
  3. You will not insult, intimidate or bully other users.
  4. You may not post violent or physically harmful Contributions.
  5. You are not allowed to spread propaganda, racism, religious hatred or war propaganda.
  6. You must not transmit any virus or code of a destructive nature.
  7. You may not post explicit content such as nudity or violence.
Password Security

We will provide you with options to reset and change your password. But your password should be as secure as possible so that nobody but you can access your Hazelchat-account. This responsibility lies with you and not with us. After an unauthorized access to your account we will do everything in our power to recover your account but we don't promise anything, that should be clear.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of your Hazelchat-account. Although Hazelchat prohibits such behavior and content on its website and the rules are firmly written down, you understand and agree that Hazelchat cannot be responsible for the content posted on its website/app and you may still be exposed to such materials and you use Hazelchat-Service at your own risk.

General Condition
  1. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Hazelchat-Service at any time without giving reasons.
  2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. If the changes constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail at the email address specified in your account. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined in our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
  3. We may, but have no obligation, remove content and accounts containing content that, in our sole judgment, is offensive, threatening, explicit or otherwise objectionable, or violates these Terms of Use.
  4. You may not post violent or physically harmful Contributions.
  5. The Hazelchat-Service makes it possible to publish images and videos hosted on Hazelchat on external websites as screenshots or screen recordings. This use is accepted. However, pages on other websites that display data hosted on Hazelchat must provide a link back to Hazelchat.
  6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of any company or individual that has legal title or trademark to such username without prior notice from us.
  7. You cannot delete your profile with the click of a button, but you can request termination of your account by submitting a termination request.
Copyright
  1. We claim no intellectual property rights in the material you make available on Hazelchat Your profile and uploaded materials remain your property. You can delete the materials you have posted at any time.
  2. Hazelchat is committed to complying with all relevant copyright laws. We will investigate any claims of copyright infringement received and will remove content that we believe violates or has been disseminated in violation of such laws. To make a claim, please submit the following to us:
